If you have a child who will be starting Kindergarten this fall, please visit us on April 15 from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm to register your child or turn in any remaining paperwork.
The following documents are required for registration:
Original Birth Certificate
Guardian Photo ID
Two Proof of Residency (Utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
Official Immunization record signed by a physician
