On Dec. 2nd, the School Board approved the budget for our remodel and addition from the 2022 Bond. We’re pleased to share that the project will bring several important upgrades to our school. A new administrative office suite will be added, along with a redesigned, more welcoming vestibule and a clearly identifiable main entrance to help improve safety and accessibility for all visitors.
As part of the project, the aging rooftop HVAC units will be replaced, and the roof itself will receive both repairs and seismic upgrades to ensure long-term durability. Inside the building, we’ll be creating a new faculty room, a dedicated workroom, and an activity room to better support staff and student needs. Our library will also receive a much-needed facelift, giving students an updated space to read, learn, and collaborate. In addition, the entire school will be outfitted with a modernized fire alarm system to enhance campus safety.
We look forward to sharing progress updates with the community as this project moves forward and to the improved spaces that will benefit students, staff, and families for years to come.
Construction will begin immediately and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2026.
