Educational Concern Forms for the upcoming school year are now available in the front office. This is your opportunity to share any specific educational needs or concerns you may have regarding your child’s placement for next year.
These forms are an important part of our class placement process and will be reviewed alongside teacher input, academic performance, behavior, special education needs, and ESL services to help us create well-balanced and supportive classroom environments.
Please note: All forms must be submitted by April 25th.
Requests received after this date will not be considered in class placement decisions for the upcoming school year.
